The course covers:
Team Work, Being Assertive, Stress Awareness, Communication Skills, Progressions and Goal Setting. The aim of the 4 day course is to improve your confidence, communication and interpersonal skills so you are more at ease when talking about yourself to other people and to be able to present yourself in a better light.
